Participants should meet at least one requirement criteria

Marathon
Finishing time of the asphalt marathon (42K) less than 3:45 hours (2019-2020).
You can overcome the distance of the marathon by your own (you should track your run with your heart rate data).

Trail 35 KM
Finishing time of Tengri Ultra Trail (35K) less than 4:15 hours (2019).
You can overcome the distance of 30K+ trail (total elevation gain 800m+) by your own. You should track your run with your heart rate data. Time limit is 3:30 hours

Ultra 50 KM+
Finishing the distance of the ultra race (50K+) completed before cut off set by organizers of the race (2019-2020)

Kumys Ultra Marathon 2020
Finishing Kumys Ultra Marathon (46K+, elevation gain 2150m+) completed before cut off set by organizers of the race
Finishing time of Kumys Ultra Marathon (30K, elevation gain 1300m+) less than 3:45 hours

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
- Whistle;
- ER Blanket;
- Water Reserve (Isotonic) - 1 L at least;
- Nutrition (gel, dried fruits);
- Water and wind proof trousers with sealed stitches, minimum weight: 100gr;
- Gloves;
- Water resistant head torch with extra batteries;
- Head gear – cap, hat, buff;
- Sun glasses;
- Backpack to store the mandatory equipment.
